Final expense leads pricing, minimums and payment terms

One published rate card sets our final expense leads pricing for licensed agents, agencies and call centers: each product’s price and billing unit, the minimum to start, discounts, surcharges and payment terms. No price buys an outcome: nothing is billed or credited on whether you close.

At a glance

  • Lead orders are prepaid; ACH payments take 2% off
  • Volume discounts: 5% and 8% on prepaid monthly volume
  • Targeting surcharges capped at 30% combined
  • No contract, except the 90-day initial term on managed advertising

Price per unit, every product

Published rate card, August 23, 2026. Log scale: each dot is one published price.

Final expense leads pricing, product by product

Exclusive leads are billed per lead delivered, aged leads per record, transfers per billable transfer and preset appointments per confirmed or kept appointment; managed advertising and the setter desk bill monthly, plus any one-time setup. Exclusive leads go to one buyer per record; aged and shared leads are not exclusive.

Managed final expense advertising
What it is
We run final expense ad campaigns for you. You pay the ad platform directly and own the funnel, pixels and data.
Exclusivity
Structural: the campaigns run for you alone, and you own the funnel, pixels and data.
Billed
A one-time setup fee, then a monthly management fee or a share of ad spend, whichever is greater. Ad spend is paid by you to the platform. 90-day initial term.
$1,000 setup, then $1,250 a month or 20% of ad spend, whichever is greater, plus ad spend paid to the platform
Final expense appointment setters
What it is
You hire callers who follow up the leads you already have on a defined attempt schedule. Different from buying a preset appointment.
Exclusivity
Not a lead product: setters work the leads you supply. Lead costs are separate.
Billed
A flat monthly fee per seat, sized by new leads a month.
$1,500–$4,000 a month by seat; CRM and automated nurture $500 setup, then $350 a month

Why some products carry more than one price

Four products have more than one price; the higher price buys something specific:

ProductPricesWhat the higher price buys
Exclusive leads$50 web, $70 contact-verifiedFive checks: valid number, correct person reached, correct state, basic age criterion, confirmed interest
Pre-vetted transfers$250 Guaranteed Issue, $300 Level/GradedA screen whose health and medication answers estimate the Level/Graded tier rather than Guaranteed Issue; the carrier makes every underwriting decision
Preset appointments$175 confirmed, $225 keptA kept appointment. The prospect attended, or completed a substantive telephone consultation.
Aged leads$0.50–$3.00 per leadA younger record: 30–90 days old costs the most, 365+ days old the least

Lead types sold by quote

Facebook-sourced, telemarketing, and shared or co-registration leads have no published price, so their rows read “Get a quote”. The quote states the price, the exclusivity terms and what triggers the bill before you pay.

Minimum orders, and why fresh orders carry one

Fresh exclusive leads and live transfers carry a minimum because each order is generated for you; aged segments carry no minimum spend, because the records already exist. A minimum is an order size, not a contract: only managed advertising has an initial term, of 90 days.

Minimum orders
ProductMinimum order
Exclusive lead campaign$2,500 to launch$500 build + $2,000 lead credit
Interest-verified live transfers$3,000 to launch
Preset appointments5 appointments or $1,250, whichever is higher
Aged leadsNo minimum spend

For pre-vetted transfers, your quote states the minimum.

The build behind a fresh minimum

Fresh exclusive leads and live transfers are generated on demand for your states and volume, so each order begins with a campaign build. The minimum pays for that build plus enough volume to judge the channel, which three or five fresh leads cannot do. For an exclusive campaign it is $2,500 to launch: $500 build, $2,000 in leads, with the build waived on a prepayment of $5,000 or more, or a commitment to 3 monthly orders of at least $2,000.

Why aged segments have no minimum

Aged records already exist, which makes aged the one off-the-shelf product here: there is no build to fund, and a segment is delivered immediately on purchase. Segments (one state, one record-age band) are not exclusive, because their records may already have been sold to other buyers. See how aged segments are priced by record age.

What each price includes, and what costs extra

Every lead order includes state-level targeting and replacement or credit for objective defects, and every campaign build includes consent capture with source and consent records. Narrower targeting, territory, custom work and ad spend cost extra, and no order pays a per-lead fee, a service fee and a setup fee for the same work.

ItemHow it is billed
State-level targetingIncluded
Consent capture (TrustedForm or Jornaya), with source, timestamp, landing-page and consent records per leadIncluded in every campaign build
Replacement or credit for an objective defectIncluded when claimed within 72 hours
Exclusive campaign build: standard final expense funnel, consent disclosures, state targeting, lead routing, tracking, CRM or webhook test, first creative$500 inside the $2,500 launch, unless waived
Custom funnel: brand design, custom copy, several landing pages or advanced integration$1,500
Custom CRM or API integration$500–$1,500 setup
Counties, ZIP codes, a tight radius, narrow age or coverage filters, rush deliverySurcharges, capped at 30% combined
Territory exclusivity$500 a month on top of your purchases
Ad spend for managed advertisingPaid by you to the ad platform, at least $2,000 a month

No price on the rate card buys an outcome: managed advertising guarantees neither a cost per lead nor a volume, the setter desk promises no appointment count, and nothing is billed or credited on whether you close. Calling hours, do-not-call lists and scripts are calling duties that stay with you.

Volume discounts, targeting surcharges and territory

Monthly prepaid volume earns 5% off at $5,000–$9,999 a month and 8% at $10,000–$24,999. Narrower targeting and rush delivery add published surcharges, and combined surcharges stop at 30%; an order that would need more becomes a custom quote. Territory exclusivity is a separate monthly reservation.

A territory reservation, $500 a month on top of your normal purchases, buys exclusivity over an area rather than a record: while it runs, we work with no other agent in your territory. Without one, each exclusive lead still goes to one buyer, but other agents can buy their own leads in your state.

How you pay: prepaid, with a discount for ACH

Lead orders and campaign launch fees are prepaid, and monthly services are paid before the service month. Paying by ACH takes 2% off, card payments carry no visible surcharge because processing is built into the price, and new buyers are not offered net-30 terms. Established agencies may be offered weekly invoicing.

  • All lead packs are prepaid
  • All campaign launch fees are prepaid
  • Monthly services are paid before the service month
  • ACH payments receive a 2% discount
  • No visible card surcharge (processing is built into pricing)
  • No net-30 for new buyers

After 3 successful prepaid cycles, agencies spending $10,000 or more a month may receive weekly invoicing against an approved credit limit. See how an order moves from quote to delivery.

Billing rules, credits and refunds

Objective defects are replaced or credited when you claim within 72 hours: a number that is disconnected or belongs to the wrong person, a lead outside your filters, a duplicate within one order, required fields that are materially false or missing, or a required consent record we cannot produce. No answer, no interest and no sale are outcomes, not defects.

A transfer is billable only when all five billing rules hold, including at least 90 connected seconds, and not closing does not make it refundable. A confirmed appointment that no-shows gets one rebooking attempt, and one the prospect denies agreeing to is replaced; no-shows are not refunded automatically.

Once a campaign launches, prepaid funds are non-refundable and defects are settled in replacements or credit, not cash; if we cannot fulfil the order, unused lead credit is refunded. Read how to file a replacement claim.

Where to start for your budget

Start with the product your first-order budget can fund at its minimum, and order only states where you hold a license. Transfers hand you a live call, appointments a booked meeting, and exclusive leads and aged records a contact you call yourself. Smallest commitment first:

  1. No minimum: an aged segment at $0.50–$3.00 per lead, delivered immediately on purchase, not exclusive.
  2. From $1,250: preset appointments, at least 5 per order, $175 confirmed or $225 kept.
  3. From $2,500: an exclusive web-lead campaign built for your states, at $50–$70 per lead.
  4. From $3,000: a live-transfer launch of interest-verified transfers at $110 per billable transfer; pre-vetted transfers, $250 or $300 by tier, have their minimum set in your quote.
  5. $4,250 in the first month: managed advertising, including the $2,000 minimum ad spend you pay the platform, then $3,250 a month at that spend.

Follow-up for leads you already have is monthly: $350 for CRM and automated nurture after a $500 setup, or $1,500 to $4,000 for a setter desk, plus your lead costs.

What each budget band cannot buy

Each monthly budget band on the quote form below rules out these orders at the published minimums, counting the ad spend you pay the platform; a waived build takes $500 off any figure that includes an exclusive campaign:

  • Under $2,500 a month: a live-transfer launch and managed advertising. An exclusive campaign needs the commitment that waives its build: 3 monthly orders of at least $2,000.
  • $2,500–$4,999 a month: an exclusive campaign and a live-transfer launch in the same month, which together need $5,500.
  • $5,000–$9,999 a month: every minimum at once. An exclusive campaign, a live-transfer launch, preset appointments and managed advertising’s first month together need $11,000.
  • $10,000–$24,999 a month: all four together below $11,000.
  • $25,000 or more a month: nothing that has a published minimum.

For transfers, money is not the only limit: each needs an agent available the moment it connects, so cap the order at your floor’s monthly transfer capacity.

A budget split four ways can miss every minimum: divided 35/30/20/15 across exclusive leads, interest-verified transfers, aged records and preset appointments, $5,000 a month meets none of their three minimums. Prepaid into exclusive web leads alone, the same amount waives the build and buys 100 leads a month at $50 each, about 23 a week at full volume, before any discount.

A lower unit price is not always a cheaper policy, so work out your cost per sale or check the differences between lead types before you request a quote.

Questions agents ask

Frequently asked questions

  1. Do your prices include a setup fee?

Only where something is built or configured for you: the $500 build inside an exclusive campaign’s $2,500 launch, the $1,000 managed-advertising setup, the $500 CRM and nurture setup, $1,500 for a custom funnel if you want one, and $500–$1,500 for a custom integration. The rate card lists none for aged segments, transfers or appointments.

  2. Can I pay per sale instead of per lead or per transfer?

No. Every published price is per unit or per month, and none depends on whether you write a policy: a transfer that meets all five billing rules stays billed if it does not close, and a lead that never becomes a sale is not a defect.

  3. What is the smallest order I can place?

An aged segment of one state and one record-age band, with no minimum spend. The lowest fresh minimum is $1,250, for preset appointments.

  4. What does a territory reservation cost?

$500 a month, on top of your normal purchases. It is the only way to stop us working with another agent in your territory; an exclusive lead on its own means one buyer per record, not one agent per area.
