About Final Expense Marketing
Final Expense Marketing (finalexpensemarketing.com) sells final expense leads, live transfers, preset appointments and marketing services to licensed agents, agencies and call centers, and sells nothing outside final expense. Our prices, product definitions and replacement rules are published, so you can check them before you order.
In writing
- Exclusive means one buyer per record; territory is a separate reservation
- Transfers are billable only after 90 seconds connected, plus four other conditions
- 72-hour window to claim a defective lead
- No contract on any lead product
What Final Expense Marketing is
Final Expense Marketing is a business-to-business vendor: we sell to the people who sell final expense insurance, not to the people who buy it. The catalog has four parts:
- Leads: exclusive, generated on demand for one buyer, or aged, sold in segments by state and age band.
- Live transfers: interest-verified, or pre-vetted with added health and medication questions.
- Preset appointments: a booked meeting, billed as confirmed or kept.
- Services: managed advertising whose funnel, pixels and data you own, and a setter desk that follows up the leads you already have.
We are paid by the buyers, at rate-card prices. We are not an FMO, a carrier or an insurer, so we sell no policies, contract no agents with carriers and make no underwriting decisions. See the full final expense catalog and our managed advertising and setter desk services.
Who we work with, and who we don’t
We sell to licensed final expense agents, telesales and face-to-face, and to agencies and call centers. Orders are set up by state, so choose states where you or your agents hold a license.
This site is not for consumers (we do not sell insurance), buyers of other lines such as Medicare, or job seekers: the setter desk is a service agencies hire, not a job listing.
How buying from us works
- Request a quote. Tell us your role, products, licensed states, weekly capacity and budget.
- Get the rate-card price. Targeting below state level, narrow filters and rush delivery add surcharges, capped at 30% combined.
- Prepay. All lead packs are prepaid, and ACH payments receive a 2% discount.
- Receive the order. Fresh exclusive leads and live transfers are generated on demand, not drawn from inventory. Ramp: first leads within days, full volume in 2–4 weeks. Delivery latency: each web lead reaches your CRM seconds after the consumer submits the form. Aged leads deliver immediately on purchase.
- Claim defects within 72 hours. We replace or credit objective defects, such as a disconnected number; we do not refund cash.
Each product’s billing trigger is explained in how ordering, billing and delivery work.
What we put in writing
“Exclusive” and “billable” protect a buyer only when they are defined, so we define ours in writing:
| Commitment | What it means for your order |
|---|---|
| Published prices | Each priced product shows its price, unit and any minimum on the published rate card; the rest say “Get a quote”. |
| Exclusive, defined | One buyer per record. Territory is a separate $500-a-month reservation, and aged leads are not exclusive. |
| Billable, defined | A transfer is billable only when five conditions hold, including at least 90 seconds connected. Appointments bill as confirmed or kept. |
| Replacement in writing | Our replacement and credit policy lists the five defects we replace or credit when claimed within 72 hours, and the reasons we do not. |
| Consent records | Consent capture with TrustedForm or Jornaya is part of every campaign build; see how consent is captured and kept. |
| Process, not outcomes | No promise of sales, issue rates or a cost per lead. |
Vet every vendor the same way, us included, and check the consent records, billing rules and credit terms a final expense lead vendor publishes before you pay.
Not affiliated with this domain’s previous owner
Final Expense Marketing is not affiliated with the business that used finalexpensemarketing.com before us. The Internet Archive’s copies of that business’s website give its address as St. Cloud, Florida, and, as late as December 2024, its name as Final Expense Holdings LLC, doing business as Final Expense Marketing.
We did not buy that business and hold none of its records, so we cannot help with its contracts or commissions. Its history, carriers, staff, reviews and contact details describe that company, not this one.
How we compare vendors
We sell competing products, so every vendor table on this site follows four rules:
- A disclosure line above the table says we are one of the vendors compared and links here.
- Each competitor figure comes from that vendor’s own published page, cited with its URL and the date we saw it.
- Rows sort by price, lowest first, then by vendor name, with unpriced rows last; our row is never pinned to the top.
- No table ranks or scores vendors or names a “best” one.
The FTC’s policy statement on comparative advertising (16 CFR 14.15) encourages naming competitors but “requires clarity, and, if necessary, disclosure to avoid deception of the consumer.” That is why the disclosure line comes first. Report a changed figure through the contact page; corrected rows show the new date.
Questions agents ask
Frequently asked questions
Is Final Expense Marketing an FMO or an insurance company?
Neither. We sell leads, transfers, appointments and marketing services to licensed final expense agents, and we never contract agents with carriers, sell policies or underwrite applications.
Is finalexpensemarketing.com the Final Expense Marketing agency in St. Cloud, Florida?
No. A different business used this domain before us. Archived copies of its website show a St. Cloud, Florida address and, as late as December 2024, the name Final Expense Holdings LLC, doing business as Final Expense Marketing. We are not affiliated with it.
What does “exclusive” mean when you sell a lead?
One buyer per record: an exclusive lead is delivered to one buyer. Territory exclusivity is a separate $500-a-month reservation on top of normal purchases, and aged leads are not exclusive.
Do you publish reviews, testimonials or client numbers?
Not yet. This brand has no case studies or reviews to show, and we will not post testimonials, ratings or client counts until real, permission-cleared ones exist.
