Real-time web leads
Exclusive final expense leads, built to order for one buyer
Exclusive final expense leads suit licensed agents, agencies and call centers that work each new lead fast and follow up steadily. Each lead is a consumer who submits a form on a campaign we build for your states, with consent capture and routing to your CRM or webhook.
- Ramp: first leads within days, full volume in 2–4 weeks
- Contact-verified leads pass five checks, from valid number to confirmed interest
- State targeting included; counties, ZIP codes and rush delivery cost extra
- Source, timestamp, landing page and consent record kept per lead
What exclusive means here: one buyer per record
Exclusive means one buyer per record. When a consumer submits the form on your campaign, that record is delivered to you and to no other buyer. The definition is deliberately narrow, and vendors use the same word for other things, so the table separates it from three meanings it does not carry.
| What "exclusive" can mean | On these leads? | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| One buyer per record | Yes, on every lead | Each consumer record is delivered to one buyer: you. |
| Territory exclusivity | Separate reservation, $500 a month plus your lead purchases | Without it, another agent can run their own campaign in your state. Their records go to them; yours go to you. |
| A time window | No | FexAds, which runs Facebook ads for final expense agents, describes exclusive real-time leads bought from vendors this way: "the lead is exclusively yours for at least 24 to 72 hours depending on the vendor." Here the rule is set per record, not per hour. |
| The consumer has spoken to no one else | No | A consumer can fill in another company's form on their own. That is not a defect under the replacement rules. |
A price per lead only compares across vendors once you know which of these four meanings you are paying for.
What exclusive final expense leads cost: web or contact-verified
Exclusive final expense leads come in two grades, and both are delivered to one buyer. An exclusive web lead, which some agents call an internet or online lead, is a consumer who submitted the form on your campaign, delivered in real time. A contact-verified lead is the same kind of record after it passes five checks, all of which must be true:
- Valid telephone number
- Correct person reached
- Correct state
- Meets the basic age or business criterion
- Confirms interest in discussing the specified product
A working phone number on its own proves only that the number connects. It does not make a lead contact-verified, and we do not call such a lead qualified.
| Detail | Exclusive web lead | Contact-verified lead |
|---|---|---|
| Price per lead | $50 | $70 |
| What you receive | The consumer's own form submission | The submission once all five checks pass |
| Buyers per record | One | One |
| Reaches your CRM | seconds after the consumer submits the form | Once the five checks are complete |
| Suits | Floors that dial the moment a lead lands | Agents who want each record checked before they work it |
Monthly prepaid volume earns a discount: 5% at $5,000–$9,999 a month, and 8% at $10,000–$24,999. To turn either price into a cost per policy with your own contact and close rates, estimate your cost per sale. Every other product sits on the complete rate card.
Why every exclusive campaign is built to order
Fresh exclusive leads are not held in inventory. Every exclusive order starts a campaign build for your states and volume, and a lead exists only after a consumer in those states submits the form. Building to order is what makes one buyer per record work: the campaign is built for one buyer, so every record it produces has one place to go.
The build is also why the launch has a floor. Before your first lead exists, a funnel, consent capture, targeting and routing are configured and tested for your states. The $2,500 launch pays for that build plus enough leads to judge the channel on real results, which three or five leads cannot do. It is one invoice with a breakdown, not a fee stacked on top of a minimum:
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Campaign launch fee | $500 |
| Minimum prepaid lead credit | $2,000 |
| Total initial invoice | $2,500 |
| Launch fee waived when | You prepay at least $5,000, or commit to 3 monthly lead orders of at least $2,000 each |
| Custom funnel | $1,500Brand design, custom copy, several landing pages or advanced integration |
The launch fee covers
- Campaign configuration
- Standardised vertical funnel
- Consent disclosure configuration
- State and territory targeting
- Lead-routing setup
- Tracking and CRM/webhook testing
- Initial creative deployment
The $500 build (the campaign launch fee on the rate card) is waived when you prepay $5,000 or more, or commit to 3 monthly lead orders of at least $2,000 each. The standard build uses a final expense funnel configured to your states and routing. A fully custom funnel, with brand design, custom copy, several landing pages or advanced integration, is $1,500.
Two delivery clocks: ramp and latency
Exclusive leads run on two clocks that measure different things, so ask any vendor which clock a delivery promise refers to.
| Clock | Runs from | Published time |
|---|---|---|
| Ramp | Your paid order to your first lead | First leads within days, full volume in 2–4 weeks |
| Delivery latency | A consumer submitting the form to the lead reaching you | Seconds after the consumer submits the form |
Ramp is the time from your paid order to live volume: first leads within days, full volume in 2–4 weeks. The campaign has to be built, tested and live in your states before any consumer can submit its form, so no fresh exclusive lead exists at the moment you pay.
Latency is the time from form to CRM: each lead reaches your CRM seconds after the consumer submits the form. It describes each exclusive web lead once the campaign is live, never the time from your order. A contact-verified lead is delivered once its five checks are complete.
Latency matters because a web lead cools quickly. Research reported in Harvard Business Review in 2011, covering 1.25 million sales leads received by 29 B2C and 13 B2B companies in the U.S., found that firms that tried to contact a lead within an hour were "nearly seven times as likely to qualify the lead" as firms that tried even an hour later. The authors defined qualifying as "having a meaningful conversation with a key decision maker." Seconds of latency pay off only when your dialer or your agents act on them. A first-contact plan for real-time web leads sets when to dial, when to try again and when to hand follow-up to a setter desk. How ordering, billing and both clocks work covers the rest of the flow.
Consent capture in every campaign build
Every exclusive campaign build includes consent capture on the landing page, using TrustedForm or Jornaya. For each lead we keep the source, timestamp, landing page and consent record, and a lead whose consent record cannot be produced where one is required is replaced or credited.
A consent certificate is evidence of a web session, not a legal verdict. ActiveProspect, which makes TrustedForm, says its certificates "provide the landing page URL, timestamp, and a replay of the consent event" and can be stored "for up to 5 years." Its own guidance also concedes that "it is still possible that someone else might have input their information into the form."
The wording of the consent clause on a built-to-order form matters as much as the certificate. Under 47 CFR § 64.1200(f)(9), prior express written consent is a written agreement, signed by the person called, that "clearly authorizes the seller" to send advertisements or telemarketing messages by autodialer or by an artificial or prerecorded voice. Paragraph (f)(10) defines the seller as "the person or entity on whose behalf a telephone call or message is initiated" to encourage a purchase. A text to a cell phone counts as a call under the TCPA, and the FCC's rule at 47 CFR § 64.1200(a)(2) requires that written consent for an autodialed marketing text to a lead. We document consent and source; how and when you call, your do-not-call list and your scripts still determine your exposure. Read how consent and calling records are handled for the full policy.
Targeting, surcharges and territory reservations
State-level targeting is included in both prices. Narrower targeting carries a published surcharge, and combined surcharges are capped at 30%; past the cap, the order becomes a custom quote.
| Requirement | Surcharge |
|---|---|
| State-level targeting | Included |
| Specific counties | +10% |
| ZIP-level or tight-radius targeting | +15% |
| Narrow age or coverage filters | +10–15% |
| Rush / priority delivery | +10% |
| Dedicated territory reservation | +20% or a monthly reservation fee |
| Custom CRM / API integration | $500–$1,500 setup |
| Combined cap | 30% in total |
Territory is a separate decision from exclusivity. One buyer per record does not stop another agent from buying their own exclusive campaign in your state. If you want us to work with no other agent in your territory, that is a territory reservation at $500 a month, on top of your normal lead purchases.
Who exclusive leads suit, and when another product fits better
Exclusive web leads reward speed and steady follow-up. They tend to suit four kinds of buyer, each ordering only states where they hold a license:
- Telesales agents with a dialer and the discipline to call the moment a lead lands.
- Agencies that split leads across several agents, since routing setup is part of every build.
- Call centers that need a flow they can staff, with a CRM or webhook to receive it.
- Field agents who call each lead to set their own kitchen-table appointment.
Another product fits better in two cases. If $2,500 is more than you want to commit, aged final expense leads carry no minimum and deliver immediately on purchase, but they are not exclusive. If you would rather pay for a live conversation than a form, interest-verified live transfers are $110 per transfer, with $3,000 to launch. To weigh every option at once, compare every final expense lead type side by side.
What gets replaced or credited
Replacement covers objective defects, not outcomes. A lead is replaced or credited for the defects below when you claim within 72 hours, unless your order confirmation states a different window. It is never replaced because the prospect did not answer or did not buy.
Replaced or credited when
- The telephone number is disconnected or belongs to the wrong person
- The lead is outside the agreed state, age or basic eligibility filter
- A duplicate appears in the same client order
- Required lead fields are materially false or missing
- A consent record cannot be produced where required
Not replaced when
- The prospect did not answer
- The prospect says "not interested" after previously submitting
- The agent called too slowly
- The agent did not close
- The prospect already spoke with a different company independently
- The client dislikes the lead without an objective defect
Prepaid funds become non-refundable once your campaign launches, with one exception stated up front: if we cannot fulfil your order, the unused lead credit is refundable. Every other remedy is a replacement or an account credit, not cash. The full replacement and credit policy has the exact terms.
How to order an exclusive lead campaign
- Use the quote form below to send your licensed states, the number of leads you can work each week and your monthly budget.
- Agree your filters and CRM, then get one launch number with its breakdown, including any targeting surcharge.
- Prepay the launch invoice. ACH payments receive a 2% discount, and new buyers are not offered net-30 terms.
- We build the campaign: funnel, consent capture, state targeting, lead routing and a test of your CRM or webhook.
- The campaign goes live. Ramp: first leads within days, full volume in 2–4 weeks. Latency: each web lead reaches your CRM seconds after the consumer submits the form.
- Call each lead quickly, and report any objective defect within 72 hours.
No contract is required for exclusive leads: the launch amount is an order size, not a term commitment.
Questions agents ask
Frequently asked questions
How much do exclusive final expense leads cost?
$50 per exclusive web lead and $70 per contact-verified lead, both delivered to one buyer. A campaign costs $2,500 to launch: a $500 build and $2,000 in lead credit. State-level targeting is included; counties, ZIP codes, narrow filters and rush delivery carry published surcharges.
Does exclusive mean no other agent can buy leads in my state?
No. Exclusive means one buyer per record: each lead is delivered to you alone. Another agent can still run their own campaign in your state. If you want us to work with no other agent in your territory, that is a separate reservation at $500 a month plus your lead purchases.
Can I buy a small test batch of exclusive leads?
Not as fresh exclusive leads. Each order is a campaign built for your states, so $2,500 to launch is the smallest order that funds the build and enough leads to judge the channel. To start smaller, aged leads have no minimum, but they are not exclusive.
How fast will I get my first exclusive lead?
Two clocks apply. Ramp, the time from your paid order to live volume: first leads within days, full volume in 2–4 weeks. Latency, the time from form to CRM: each lead reaches your CRM seconds after the consumer submits the form. The second clock describes each web lead once the campaign is live, never the time from your order.
What is the difference between an exclusive web lead and a contact-verified lead?
Both are delivered to one buyer. The web lead is the consumer’s own form submission, delivered in real time, at $50. The contact-verified lead, at $70, also passes five checks: valid number, correct person reached, correct state, the basic age criterion, and confirmed interest in discussing final expense coverage.
Do exclusive leads come with consent records?
Every campaign build includes consent capture on the landing page with TrustedForm or Jornaya, and we keep the source, timestamp, landing page and consent record for each lead. A lead whose consent record cannot be produced where one is required is replaced or credited. How and when you dial, and your do-not-call list, remain your responsibility.
Is there a contract, and can I get a refund?
No contract is required for any lead product; the launch amount is an order size. Orders are prepaid and become non-refundable once the campaign launches, except that unused lead credit is refundable if we cannot fulfil your order. Defects are replaced or credited, not refunded in cash.
Can exclusive leads go straight into my CRM?
Yes. Lead routing and a CRM or webhook test are part of every build, so each lead posts to your system as it arrives. A custom CRM or API integration beyond that costs $500–$1,500 to set up.
